A message from the PTO President......

Hello, my name is Amanda Aeschleman. I am your 2024-2025 Lomas PTO President. My husband and I have two children at Lomas. Partnering with the school through events and volunteering, fueled my desire in connecting parents to the school by creating unique opportunities throughout the school year. 

What does PTO do?

We have PTO-sponsored and PTO-supported events planned throughout the school year that support educational strategies in the classrooms, House System Parties, events that bring our Lomas community together for family fun, books fairs, as well as student and teacher support through a variety of avenues.  As a board, we hope to create opportunities for parents to get more involved in their students' education, whether they volunteer at an event, donate items needed or show up and join the fun of a special activity.  

Lomas PTO is able to provide these opportunities through direct and passive fundraising. We provide passive fundraising through Box Tops, Amazon Smiles, Frys Rewards, etc.  These allow us to passively raise funds at a specific place by accumulating points that you provide for us with your everyday shopping. We also raise funds through direct fundraising. These events would include Restaurant Nights, Step It Up, Scholastic Book Fair, and Bingo Night, where we will ask you to come out and support PTO through purchases or donations.  

How can I help our children have a spectacular year?

There are many new opportunities this year to join in on the fun! We have volunteer options that you can commit to 30 minutes each time or as much as helping plan and help facilitate events. For more information and to get connected, please email us ptolomas@gmail.com
